Speaking of Jeff Mangum..I did see him at this years ATP festival. He didn't want any pictures taken, but he drew my friends and I a quick doodle picture. He was a really nice guy and that capped off my weekend as one of the best weekends I had in a long time.

Anyone can tell which songs were played at The Deep End on Sunday night after MVB? I can only remember the following (but I might be wrong): Joy Division - ? / Joy Division - Love Will Tear Us Apart (everyone was singing and that's amazing) / The Smith - There Is a Light That Never Goes Out / Sex Pistols - Anarchy in the UK / and a few by Fuck Buttons... I would really appreciate it if you would let me know any song or order of songs played. Now, I do miss that time.

it's gwb feasting on a delicious serving of kitten tartare. pere ubu would be cool. as much as i'd like to see Pavement again, i really hope it won't be them...tickets will be scarfed by annoying Pavement fans...this thing is more about the whole experience than the last band who headlines (though obviously the promoters need a good draw to sell the pricey tickets).

narlus is that gwb eating a puppy? or simply draining its vital fluids? i'm sorry i couldn't hear you...did you say 'tinnitus-photography?" did anyone suggest PERE UBU yet? or GBV?

I know it's a long ways away, but I can't wait to see who the lineup is going to be for ATP '09. Pavement would be a good idea to curate.
