Description: For all the 8 and 16 bits games nostalgic lovers. The sounds of old video games soundtrack were not well-defined, but the emotions that music created in our hearts were undefinable....

Retrogaming, also known as classic gaming, is the hobby of playing and collecting older computer, video, and arcade games. These games are played either on the original hardware, on modern hardware via emulation, or on modern hardware via ports on compilations. Participants in the hobby are known as retrogamers in the United Kingdom, and classic gamers, or old school gamers in the United States. Similarly, the games are known as retrogames, classic games, or old school games. Retrogaming is often linked to, although not the same as, indie gaming, the hobby of playing games that are not published by any conventional publisher.

Meh, I feel more for the SNES, personally. But that's because I mostly play RPGs. Phantasy Star II and IV are great, but the SNES just has so much more.

Just joined... I've got an original NES with over 100 games as well as an Atari 7800 with tons of games, too... I run an Atari simulator on my Mac called Stella. I love old games... ;-) So glad to join the group. Oh, and my favorite old game of all time...? A tie between the original Legend of Zelda and Pac-Man ;-)
