Toshihiko Horiyama is a composer for Capcom. He was responsible for part of Mega Man X and X3, and composed the entirety of Mega Man X4. His most recent notable work was doing the soundtrack for Gyakuten Saiban 4, known to American audiences as Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney.
