This is pretty mainstream and easy on the mind compared to their early works, I hate to use the term mainstream but it sadely fits here, I really miss the strangeness and mysticism of MHTRTC and Geogaddi here, still, it's a damn fine album compared to most music released these days, it just don't match up to the geniousness of their earlier works.

Boards of Canada's happiest and most feel-good album, for sure. All of their previous releases had a LOT of uneasiness/melancholy lurking underneath the surface, but that's all gone here. I love it.
