Lindsey Buckingham is known as the guitarist in the band Fleetwood Mac, and for his distinctive fingerpicking style of play. As master of studio production,he has released three solo albums: “Law and Order”, “Go Insane”, and “Out Of The Cradle”. On October 3, 2006 Buckingham released “Under The Skin”, which featured, in his words,”Pointedly no lead guitar,” “little bass,” and “no drums.” Buckingham also toured across America in support of the album with Guitarist Neal Heywood, Keyboardist Brett Tuggle, and Drummer/Precussionist Taku Hirano. “Under the Skin” was followed by a more “rocking” album titled “The Gift of Screws” , released on September 16, 2008.

More or less, with lyric changes... Twist of Fate = Place to Fade, Shuffle Riff = Wait For You. But not all of the GOS demos ended up on this version of GOS. A few went to SYW and UTS. There are some new songs there. I like it so much more than UTS. And he was fucking awesome last night in Hamilton.

well...technically isn't a lot of the songs on Gift of Screws reissues? I mean years before this came out I had the bootleg Gift of Screws with a lot of these songs on it. Still an excellent CD. Actually have it at 10 out of 70ish albums I've listened to and ranked of 2008.
