  And, lyric-wise, The Real Thing and Miles Away are not about the same thing. Miles Away is about Madonna's long-distance relationship with Guy Ritchie, The Real Thing shows that Gwen doesn't want her love to go away, which may mean that her love died. Both are about relationships, but not the same kind.
