Crane Wife 1&2 into Sons and Daughters is one of the best album closers in recent memory. And incredible 17 minutes of music. I for one, can do without The Island and The Perfect Crime, but all the rest are stunners.

I absolutely loved picresque but this blew me away. I think partly because the first three songs (crane wife 3, the island and yankee bayonet are just so good. Yes it has higher production values but I don't think it's necessarily more mainstream.
