So, we won't detain you anymore, lets go to the main...

1) All Shall Perish - "Awaken The Dreamers" (2008).

Wow, really wow :) This forthcoming release i've been waitin' for so long. And at last! It's big surprise, 'cause this album is goin' to be released officially only in September, i guess even in the middle of September. Anyway, it's a big present for me. And what can i say about this work...it's great. It absolutely justified our hopes. It became much more technical, these guys "raised lath" once again. Maybe it can come in sight like it became more metal-oriented, because of those guitar-solos and others (in 2nd song, listen, there's moment in this song where vocalist "squeal" like some King Diamond, so fuckin' heavy metal "squeal" xD). But anyway, it's perfect release. Maybe the main deathcore release of this year.

2) Finch - "Finch" (EP) (2008).

Well, no need to introduce this band, everyone knows them. As i understood, they were split up few years ago and last year they were reformed. And so they recorded this EP. What can i say...very nice EP, very Finch-like music, they didn't go away from their style of music. Sounds good. Quite calm and melodic :) Nice.

3) The Cribs - "The Cribs" (2004), "The New Fellas" (2005) & "Men's Needs, Women's Needs, Whatever" (2007).

Very good, serene indie-rock band consisted of three brothers (two of them are twins with their young brother). Some kinda interesting, really?) Band fully consisted of brothers. If you like good indie-rock, then you should like these ones. For sure.

4) The Dykeenies - "Nothing Means Everything" (2007).

Another indie-rock release, but different to previous. This one is more "incendiary" or something like this. It catch you from first song and not let go 'till the end. Very nice melodies, nice vocals, positive mood...all is well :) Recommend.

Belle and Sebastian. I don't actually remember, I think it was when I was first into Franz and I randomly listened to Beautiful and loved it, and it went from there I guess...
