Accuracy: This is where they belong. They are simply amazing. It's near impossible peg down a favorite song, but I can live with saying it's Rough Gem.

2. The Shins

Accuracy: I was really into them for a month or two. Second is a bit high, but they're definitely in the top 10, maybe even top 5.

3. Metric

Accuracy: Grow Up and Blow Away is great. Live It Out is starting to grow on me, too. This spot is deserved.

4. Bloc Party

Accuracy: They're okay. You can only listen to them so much. They may soon fall down a couple of places.

5. Blue Man Group

Accuracy: I need to see them in concert. Enough said.

6. The Arcade Fire

Accuracy: They have an amazing sound. It's so soothing, but so powerful.

7. The Rumble Strips

Accuracy: Unfortunately, I had them mistagged for the first 50 or so tags so they should truly be in 4th place. This is an up and coming band to watch for.

8. Band of Horses

Accuracy: I was really into them for a bit. Not so much anymore. Now they're fading into obscurity in my playlists.

9. Godspeed You! Black Emperor
First song you heard: 9-15-00 (Part One)
Favorite song: Motherfucker=Redeemer
Favorite album: Slow Riot for New Zero Kanada
Accuracy: I'd place them at #2, to tell the truth. Factor in the lengths of their songs . . . but they're still no Islands.

10. A Silver Mt. Zion

Favorite album: 13 Blues for Thirteen Moons
Accuracy: They've really jumped up these last few weeks thanks to their new album. It's a well deserved jump, too.
