Ahhh I always make sure it's locked away safely in my bag when it's not in use. Evn so, it's got so many dents and scratches on it... I dunno how it's still working. I try to be gentle with it, but since I never bother using the protective cover, it looks like I just skimmed it under a bus or something. Hypemachine is a lifesaver! It's really good for remixes and stuff too... We were quite near the front of the Los Camp gig at N&D (come to think about it.... we were near the front at Club Academy too... right behind these two indie kids who would not stop making out inbetween sets). When Gareth jumped into the crowd, we were on the periphery of that on the right, near the random piano.

I feel better knowing it was shorter than the last time I saw the. I will take comfort in that and cherish the slightly longer gig I attended before they split. At the N&D gig, we missed Sky Larkins set, we caught the last song, which was a shame cos I was pretty impressed from that one song. I have 10 Slow Club songs... I don't know if you've ever used hypemachine, but you can easily get their mp3s from there. Also, if i ever lost my iPod, I would ...die or something. dramatic! but true. :(

Ahhh. I didn't end up going to BYOP. Hope it was good (but not too good that I just missed the most awesome show of my life, yknow).

Yeah, I've seen them both times they played in Manchester before. The first time with YSP!WSD! was amazing. Really energetic, dispite the fact Night and Day Cafe is practically like a sauna. I don't really like going to gigs on my own because I always get quite paranoid, or bored, during the bits inbetween sets. There's only so many texts I can delete in my inbox before I get bored (This is what I assume I would spend my time doing anyways, if I went on my own). Ahhhhhh Slow Club. I've only really gotten into them in the past few weeks, but I think I've fallen hard for them. I've never heard Dartz! so I can't really compare them heh.

I've noticed more bands tend to play in Manchester rather than Liverpool. I live in the middle of liverpool and manchester actually, but the trains are cheaper to manchester heh. I live in wigan. unfortunatley i'm pretty sure i can't make the byop show anymore because the person i was roping in to go with me is working! and my plan was just to buy tickets on the door (and i'm not even sure it' not sold out...mnnnm i didn't have a very well thought out plan) but you'll enjoy it for sure. their live sets are pretty good just short! I know what you mean about big gaps. The last gig i went to wa about 3 weeks ago, and it seems like ages. October is the busiest for me, i even have 2 that clash, which is why I am seeing Los Campesinos in Liverpool, they clash with Tilly and the Wall (slow club are supporting!) in Manchester.

well personally, I would sex richard dawkins. Is that weird? haha. But srsly, I think it's good he's passionate about how he sees things and he makes a lot of sense to me at least. :)
