Patrick Wolf is slightly overrated, in my opinion. I haven't listened to him in ages. He's worth checking out though. Get his 'Wind in the Wires' album. It's good.

They're both fantastic, but in different ways. Sinaa is more basic; a lot of chants, grunts, howls, and minimal. A majority of the tracks feature only Tagaq's voice, mostly showing us what she can do vocally. Auk~Blood is fantastic. It features Tagaq branching out and using other instruments/collaborations instead of solely using her voice. Sinaa is her standing alone on stage, while Auk~Blood is her on stage, performing with other musicians. I'd recommend Auk~Blood first and then Sinaa second.
