About Me
My music taste is somewhat broad, from popular to obscure.
There are different things that jump out at me in a song. I really love hearing the piano in music, that will almost always catch my attention. Tunes that are upbeat and dance-able are always good. Good lyrics are another thing I love.
As for the different genres, I'm typically into alt, rock and pop, whether its indie or mainstream. My least favorites are country and rap, but there are the exceptions. I don't like to identify music based on genres usually because genres are in the eye of the beholder and a certain artist/group can be categorized as several genres.
My interest in music has grown imensely over the last few years. I used to be into solely what I heard on the radio, but now I'm constantly trying to find something new in any way I can.
I'd love for anyone to suggest new music to me. If you've got a favorite band, there must be a reason why you like them, suggest them to me and I'll be more than happy to check them out. You never know, I may end up loving it too!
