You know the Mars Volta have been remarkably solid throughout their four albums. I just listened to Amputechture and The Bedlam In Goliath for the first time, and both are just as solid as De-Loused In The Comatorium and Frances The Mute. Just good, solid modern progressive rock.

About Me

My hobbies are anime/manga, 4chan, video games, hanging out with friends, films, and of course music.

I'd say I have a pretty wide taste in music but I mainly listen to indie, bitpop/8bit, post-rock, post-punk, IDM, metal (black, folk, thrash), various electronic artists, some classical/operatic, & movie/play scores. I also love music with an experimental edge to it. I am also a big fan of Susumu Hirasawa who is hard to categorize into a genre, but I like him so much I had to mention him here.
