so, I'm currently listening to The Remote Part for the first time in ages, like years, and I'd completely forgotten how genius it was. Almost every track is a winner.I'll give you it was pretty single heavy when it was realised but it really is hard to tell the ones that were deemed worthy of single status if you can't remember, because they almost all are. Live in a Hiding Place may as well just pick you up and place you back firmly at the beginning of this decade when everything felt a bit newer and like the new millennium may still offer something a little more than same old same old. American Englishis awesome, every relationship you're glad you never had, but probably secretly did. This album does though make you wonder what the fuck happened? They were getting steadily better and then the album after this they managed to lose it all.
