stalactite, Hello and thanks for stopping by! Your list reminded me that I have Neil Young's "Unplugged" and I haven't ripped it to MP3 yet! I hope all is well over in the UK! Take care.......iannai29 (www.ianmusic.com).

Not sure about hotels. I stayed with friends when looking for my own place. There's a decent hostel not far from Kastianenalle tho.

Hi. Sure. For electronica it has to Berghain/Panorama Bar over by the Ostbanhof in Friedrichshain. Worth visiting for the venue building alone. Festsaal Kreuzberg in Kreuzberg is pretty hot although again it depends what you're into. Lightning Bolt are playing there soon. The district itself is colourful, tho, plenty of cafes and what not. I live in Prenzlauerberg which is leafy and nice to wander around, and up here there's the Kulturbrauerei which has NBI. In Mitte I'd have to say get yourself down to the Haekesche Markt and find Kino Central. There's a couple of nice bars and a record/media shop called Neurotitan all within the same courtyard.

Your music lists are intriguing to me and I would like to subscribe to your newsletter. Seriously, GREAT charts! Nice to see the MV & EE cover of "Powderfinger" on someones most played charts. Love that particular Charalambides album, too. Oh, and Can and Wooden Wand and...
