listening to these songs will make you lose weight

so, i finally broke down and joined a gym. well...joined isn't really the right word. decided to take advantage of the "free" gym membership that's included in my tuition would be more accurate. working out means that i spend a great deal of time staring at nothing or grunting and staring at nothing, and despite the fact that all of the cardio machines at mason's gym have individual flat screen tvs, i decided that i needed to provide myself with some entertainment. so i made myself an exercise playlist. besides, tv can't pump you up like an ipod can. i thought i'd share my playlist here with you all in case anyone else needs a little wood to fuel their "burn," as it were.
1. Stop-Gap 5 (David Figurine Remix)
2. Witness (John Tejada Remix)
3. Street Lullaby (Four Tet Remix)
4. Such Great Heights (John Tejada Remix)
5. osaka (girls are short)
6.
Smile Around the Face
7.
Hands First
8. Emerald City
9.
Move Your Feet
10.
Saturdays
11. windowlicker!!!
12.
Too Much Love
13.
Don't Think too Much
14. Blood Comes
15.
Drop the Pressure
there you are. i really hope that my files aren't misnamed in itunes. i'd be pretty upset if i copied someone's playlist expecting it to pump me up, and instead it made me kind of limp.

haha. yeah, Windowlicker is strangely therapeutic on the stairstepper, I didn't expect it to be, but it came on and I thought wow, this is weird right now, but awesome!

I'd add Wolf Like Me by TV On The Radio. The drive that fuels that song is perfect for any type of physical effort. It really makes you spin, run, bike, step or aerobic must faster. Also,
Banquet,
Whoo! Alright-Yeah...Uh Huh and
LoveStoned/I Think She Knows Interlude.
